Are your products handmade?

Yes. All Jade Flowers products are handcrafted in small batches using botanical-inspired ingredients and premium fragrance blends.

What is your production lead time?

Wholesale orders typically ship within 2–3 weeks. During busy seasons, processing may take up to 4 weeks.

Can I request custom scents or products?

We offer limited custom orders for larger wholesale partners. Please contact us to discuss options and minimums.

Where do you ship wholesale orders?

We currently ship within the United States.

Who pays for shipping?

Wholesale customers are responsible for shipping costs. Rates are calculated at checkout based on order size and location.

Do you offer local pickup?

Local pickup may be available upon request for approved stockists.

What are your suggested retail prices?

Can I sell your products online?

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please email us within 5 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will replace or credit damaged items.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all wholesale orders are final sale.
